Nowadays, Public Relations (PR) is remembered as a para-civil entity that facilitates bilateral relations. The importance of its role as a fundamental entity of management system is that much that no organization considers itself needless of it. Fortunately, after half a century of establishment of this science in Iran, the nature of this profession has gone beyond mere formality and publicity and is transformed into the communication stage. As enacted bylaw of how Public Relations should act, their duties and authorities indicates the government's attention and efforts regarding communications and information and making communication responsibilities dynamic in the field of PR.

One of the key duties of the PRs is to establish a proper, logical, and consistent relationship with the audience and also informing clearly by the new communication tools. Since the establishment of the company, Public Relations of IGMC with the acknowledgement of these duties has attempted to play its role as the first entity in contact with the company's audience including employees and stockholders and also has benefitted from the employees viewpoints and suggestions for future planning and modifying the current activities. Public Relations of IGMC as a newborn entity since the establishment of the company, despite the limitations of human resources, sufficient recruitment, facilities, and … is honored to have contribution on strengthening bilateral relations and deepening the spirit of understanding and empathy among managers and employees of the company through the study and survey on the activities of the company, publishing a variety of books, catalogue, brochure, producing documentaries to enhance public knowledge on objectives, missions and duties of the company, providing internal bulletin, designing and implementing the cultural-religious programs, holding the ceremonies and celebrations, and also setting up and participating in exhibitions, symposiums, and many other events.
